Since 1975, “The Blue Bird” pedagogical squad has become the most numerous one in the university. It is an excellent opportunity for self-realization and development of leadership and professional qualities, pedagogical competencies and skills of teamwork. In summer about 350 students work as part of the pedagogical detachment go to children’s camps all over the country as counselors, event organizers, animators, and methodologists.
