Main functions of the department:
- organization, planning and implementation of anti-terrorist security measures in accordance with safety data sheets.
- organization and implementation of measures to ensure the mobilization readiness of the university,
- organization of implementation of measures for military registration and exemption from active service for the period of mobilization and for wartime of citizens who are in the reserve of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, working and studying at the University,
- organization of work at the University to safeguard state secrets, maintaining secret records and admission of University personnel to information constituting a state secret.
- planning and organization of implementation of measures in the field of civil defense or emergency situations,
- planning and organization of implementation of measures in the field of fire safety, maintaining reporting documentation.
