Main functions:
preparation for examination and conducting an examination in Russian as a foreign language, in history of Russia and basics of RF laws (hereinafter referred to as the examination) for foreign citizens and stateless persons (hereinafter referred to as foreign citizens), in order to confirm their levels of proficiency in the Russian language, knowledge of Russian history and the basics of legislation of the Russian Federation in accordance with the requirements for the minimum level of knowledge necessary to pass the examination at a level sufficient for obtaining a temporary residence permit or a general residence permit, work permit or patent, and issuance of a certificate confirming proficiency in the Russian language, knowledge of the history of Russia and the fundamentals of the legislation of the Russian Federation at a level sufficient for obtaining a temporary residence permit or a general residence permit, work permit or patent,
consultancy for foreign citizens and stateless persons on examination issues, as well as informing them about the examination procedure,
making contracts with physical/legal entities for the provision of exam preparation services and exams in Russian as a foreign language, history of Russia and basics of RF law,
issuance of documents confirming that a foreign citizen or a stateless person has passed the exam:
1) a certificate, if the result of the state test in Russian as a foreign language and the examination in Russian as a foreign language, history of Russia and basics of law of the Russian Federation is satisfactory,
2) a reference, in case the result is not satisfactory.
