The Department of law theory and public law disciplines teaches law disciplines within the framework of the bachelor's, specialist and master's degree programs of the Law Institute.
The department carries out active research work aimed at improving the theory and practice of constitutional, municipal, electoral and administrative legislation.
The department maintains close cooperation with the Election Commission of the Ryazan Region, the Ryazan Regional Duma, the Ryazan City Administration, the Ryazan Office of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia
this contributes to an in-depth study of law enforcement practices.
The lecturers of the department are qualified specialists: more than 90% hold academic degrees and titles. The teachers of the department are members of commissions, councils and boards under regional and municipal authorities, and are also experts in the Unified State Exam in Social Science.
