How to apply
DOCUMENTS SUBMISSION STARTS ON JUNE 20, 2025
Please bring a pen when visiting the Admission Office in person!
In accordance with the Admission Rules, an applicant may send (submit) the documents (information) required for admission to the University in one of the following ways:
1. in person (in the Admission Office at the address: Ryazan, 46 Svobody St., Sports Facility building (FOK) in the courtyard of the main building - you can navigate by signs)
2. electronically: through the superservice “Admissions to universities online” (at the site Gosuslugi)
3. through public mail operators.
List of required documents

When applying for an admission, the applicant shall submit:
1) a document of identification and citizenship;
2) document of education (for foreign citizens - with a certificate of recognition of this foreign education, except for cases in which, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and/or international treaty does not require recognition of this foreign education);
3) document confirming registration in the individual (personified) accounting system (if available);
4) a statement of consent to the processing of personal data (submitted simultaneously with the application for admission);
5) for applicants for places within a special quota, with the intention to pass general education internal entrance tests and if it is necessary to create special conditions for passing internal entrance tests - a document confirming disability or limited health capabilities on the day of its submission;
6) to use the results of centralized testing (examination) - a document confirming completion of centralized testing (examination) (submitted no later than the day of completion of admission without taking entrance examinations);
7) for the use of a special right or a special advantage - a document confirming that the applicant is granted the special right. If the validity of the document is limited to a certain period, the document must confirm the corresponding special right on the day of completion of admission of documents without taking entrance tests;
8) documents confirming the applicant’s individual achievements, the results of which are taken into account at admission (submitted at the discretion of the applicant, but no later than the final day of completion of the documents from persons who have the right not to take entrance examinations);
9) other documents (submitted at the discretion of the applicant, but no later than the day of completion of the documents from persons who do not take entrance examinations);
a photograph of the applicant (to be submitted no later than the final day of accepting the documents).
